Return Policy

At Hair Hustler Zone, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided items are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
Please note: Exchanges are not available at this time.

We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, defective, or with missing products, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.

All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a pre-paid return label. For returns due to reasons such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with color, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Return Requirements

• All boxes, seals, and labels must be intact.
• Items must be shipped securely (no plastic bags) to avoid damage.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or sent back at the customer's expense. Hair Hustler Zone reserves the right to monitor return activity and decline returns at our discretion.

Free Shipping Policy and Returns

If returns lower your order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Customers must ship returns securely with a reputable carrier and retain tracking information.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Due to health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
