At Hair Hustler Zone, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided items are new, unused, and in their original packaging.

All claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a pre-paid return label. For returns due to reasons such as a change of mind or dissatisfaction with color, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
