At Hair Hustler Zone, we are committed to providing quality products and a seamless customer experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the guidelines below.

🔁 Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  
• Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all original tags, seals, and accessories included.
• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🧾 Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• Report any damages, missing items, or wrong products within 14 days of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the packaging and product to expedite resolution.
  

🔄 Return Process

• Contact our Customer Support team with your order number and reason for return.
• If your return is approved, we will send return instructions. A prepaid return label may be provided depending on the reason.
• For returns due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
• For voluntary returns (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), you are responsible for return shipping.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned items, you will receive an email confirmation.
