• Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
• Report any damages, missing items, or wrong products within 14 days of delivery.

• If your return is approved, we will send return instructions. A prepaid return label may be provided depending on the reason.
• For returns due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover return shipping.
• For voluntary returns (e.g., wrong size, changed mind), you are responsible for return shipping.
